Our Team

At Silent Battles, we’re more than a nonprofit, we’re a family built from service members, first responders, and everyday people who’ve walked through the battles that can’t always be seen. From military deployments to night shifts on the streets, we’ve all witnessed how mental health struggles can quietly take hold, and we refuse to let anyone fight those battles alone.

We’re a growing team of volunteers who:

  • Host rucks, 5Ks, and community events to raise awareness and honor those we’ve lost 🏃‍♂️

  • Deliver care packages and handwritten letters to veterans’ homes and families in need ❤️

  • Provide peer-to-peer support and open conversations for anyone facing mental or emotional hardship 🤝

Every one of us has a story, and together, we’re turning those struggles into strength, one step at a time.

What We Believe

  • We believe no battle should be fought alone or in silence.

  • We believe in standing by anyone struggling with the weight of suicide, loss, or mental health challenges.

  • We believe in turning struggles into strength through community, compassion, and action.

  • We believe service doesn’t stop when the uniform comes off, it just takes on a new mission.

  • We believe that by coming together, we can create a world where hope outshines the darkness.
