How to Participate

The Mind Over Miles 5K is about more than just running, rucking, or walking, it’s about starting conversations and showing support for those who may be fighting battles we can’t see.

Participants are welcome to complete the 5K at their own pace. Whether you run, walk, ruck, or jog, every step helps raise awareness for mental health.

This event is also designed to be flexible so anyone can take part. You can complete your 5K any day during the month of May in your own community, on a trail, around your neighborhood, or even on a treadmill.

Once you complete your miles, we encourage you to share your run or walk on social media to help spread awareness.
